What are Original Cartridge?

An original ink cartridge is the branded product of the printer manufacturer. Therefore, if you have a Canon printer, the original ink cartridge will be manufactured by Canon. As you would expect the printer manufacturer will always encourage consumers to buy their own branded product.

What are Compatible Cartridge?

A compatible ink cartridge is a new cartridge (not refilled) produced by a third party manufacturer. They are predominately sold under ´own label´ branding and they have no connection with the original manufacturer. Our compatibles are manufactured to the highest standards, which often exceed the original product. All our compatible ink cartridges are fully guaranteed and if you are not completely satisfied with their performance you get your money back. (conditions may apply)

What are Remanufactured Cartridge?

A remanufactured ink cartridge is a previously used cartridge, which has been recycled(cleaned, refilled and electronically tested) by us or a third party manufacturer. By buying a remanufactured ink cartridge you are helping to reduce the number of cartridges that are disposed in UK landfill sites. Our remanufactured ink cartridges are often cheaper than the original ink cartridges and work just as well. If you are not completely satisfied with their performance you get your money back.(conditions may apply)

At InkGloss we respect your privacy and your personal data, we do not in anyway use the information you supply us for anything other than processing your order and shipping.

 Can I return unwanted goods for a refund or an exchange?

We’ve all made mistakes. If you order an incorrect item or no longer require it, we will be happy to exchange or make a refund within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the item(s) is returned in an original and unopened condition.
